When answers are easy to produce, provenance and accountability become harder to ignore. Who stands behind a decision, and who can challenge it?

Attention

More output does not create more time. Attention may become less about access to information and more about the ability to choose a coherent direction.

Judgment and agency

Capability can be distributed quickly; legitimacy cannot. Which decisions should remain slow? How can systems extend agency without making participation ornamental?
